Hai! Talk 由个人开发者 AnHan 开发。本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用和保护您的信息。使用本应用即表示您同意本政策。

我们收集的信息

  • 麦克风 / 语音：仅在您主动按下"按住说话"按钮时录制，用于日语口语识别和评分。
  • 对话内容：您与 AI 角色的练习对话文本，用于场景生成和语法反馈。
  • 应用设置：您选择的语言、语法偏好等配置项。

我们不收集姓名、邮箱、电话、位置等个人身份信息。

数据存储与处理

  • 所有对话数据和语音数据仅存储在您的本地设备上，不上传至任何服务器。
  • 语音识别和 AI 对话功能会将必要的文本内容发送至 Anthropic API 进行处理，Anthropic 的隐私政策适用于该部分数据。
  • 我们不会向任何第三方出售或共享您的数据。

权限说明

Hai! Talk is developed by individual developer AnHan. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. By using this app, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

  • Microphone / Voice: Recorded only when you actively press the "Hold to Speak" button, used for Japanese speech recognition and scoring.
  • Conversation Content: Text from your practice conversations with the AI character, used for scene generation and grammar feedback.
  • App Settings: Your selected language, grammar preferences, and other configuration.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, or other personally identifiable information.

Data Storage & Processing

  • All conversation and voice data is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded to any server.
  • Speech recognition and AI conversation features send necessary text to the Anthropic API for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that portion of data.
  • We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

Permissions

  • Microphone: Used to record your Japanese speech for recognition and scoring. Background audio is not recorded.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
